Employment Opportunities – Receptionist / Creative Administrator

Ray White Clare Valley provides competitive services in selling, marketing and appraising residential and commercial property throughout the Clare Valley and Mid North areas. The individual will be required to work with our company values of Honesty, Integrity, Fairness, Personal Attention and Professionalism in all aspects of the role.
Working in a team environment the individual will be expected to demonstrate commitment, loyalty and an ability to work as an enthusiastic team member in accordance with the organisation’s office routines and procedures, keeping in mind the overall business objectives.


Roles & Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Opening and closing of the office daily
  • Handling incoming calls
  • Liaising with all walk-in enquiries
  • Accurate message taking
  • Booking and developing weekly print media advertising for Agent approval
  • Preparing Market Reviews
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail
  • Maintain front of house presentation and windows cards
  • Maintain general office cleanliness
  • Ordering office supplies when needed including stationary, paper and groceries
  • Preparation of daily banking
  • Order supplies for gift baskets and prepare as needed
  • Provide a full range of administrative support to the sales and property management team
  • Any other tasks as instructed from time to time by the Directors
  • Marketing support
    • Social media management of our office Facebook and Instagram
    • Creating social media content for the office and our sales and property management teams
    • Creating content for print advertising in local newspaper
    • Keep company website and various real estate portals updated


To be successful in the role you must possess the following skills and experience:

  • Possess customer relationship management skills to provide exceptional customer service across all channels – written, phone and face to face.
  • Possess a high level of communication skills to be able to communicate clearly and concisely in varying communication styles depending on the audience
  • Attention to detail – ensure accuracy of all documentation and correspondence
  • Initiative and confidence – implementation of new ideas that add value to the business. Looks at different ways to solve problems and address difficulties. Strive to achieve continuous improvement in customer service.
  • Achievement drive – sets goals and strives to achieve them with enthusiasm and determination.

  • High level computer skills including the ability to efficiently utilise the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Publisher) to an intermediate level as well as smart phones, tablets and laptops
