We are thrilled to share the success of our unbelievable team from the Annual Ray White SA/NT Awards held on Friday 25th August 2017.
Our Clare Valley team was firstly recognised for excellence in customer service and were acknowledged for our ongoing commitment to our client’s as we were awarded the coveted CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AWARD with the highest Net Promoter Score (NPS).
NPS forms the basis of Ray White’s Customer Satisfaction Program, ratings are generated through customer feedback and range from negative 100 to positive 100.
Our NPS currently sits at a positive 94, one of the highest scores in the entire group and the highest for the whole of SA & NT! It is an honour to be recognised in the category as we believe customer service truly is the most important part of what we do!
Our Clare Valley team were then ranked NUMBER 1 OFFICE IN SOUTH AUSTRALIA AND NORTHERN TERRITORY. This award is recognition of our outstanding performance in the last financial year and being named the highest performing office is a huge honour. This is an extraordinary achievement for our regional team as we compete with all metro and regional offices across SA & NT with much larges sales and property management teams.

Amanda Muir who was a top 3 finalist in the category for Administrator for the Year. Everyone was thrilled Amanda was recognised for her outstanding contribution, she is a much loved and valued member of our team.
Mark O’Meagher for a 2nd year running and Scott Bockmann (Ray White Ardrossan) were awarded with Ray White Premier Club status a testament to their strong work ethic and passion for real estate.
Dan & Geoff were both recognised as “Elite Performers” which put them into the top 3% of Ray White agents in the whole group.
