Schell team recognised at Real Estate industry awards

At a gala evening at the Adelaide Convention Centre recently and before a crowd of over 600 Real Estate industry representatives, Daniel Schell of Ray White Clare Valley and Ray White Rural SA was inducted into the Real Estate Institute of SA Hall of Fame and his father and business partner Geoff was awarded the South Australian Rural Salesperson of the year for the 4th time. Geoff was inducted into the REISA Hall of Fame back in 2012. It was noted at the awards that they are the first Father/Son to be inducted into the highly acclaimed Hall of Fame, an achievement they are extremely proud of.

In accepting the award, Geoff paid tribute to the wonderful support from all the team in the Ray White Clare Valley office who he described as the most committed, hardworking, loyal support staff he had worked with. In particular he made special note of his Personal Assistant Carly Marshall and thanked her for the outstanding commitment and special qualities she has brought to their team over the past 6 years. Geoff also made mention of the gratitude he feels to work in partnership with his son Dan as they have established themselves as the Number 1 selling team across Regional South Australia for the past 7 years.

Finally Geoff acknowledged he would not be receiving the award if not for the outstanding clients he has worked with and he made special mention of thanking them for the opportunity to assist them in transacting their rural properties.

Whilst the awards recognises outstanding sales success in the previous 12 months, the winner must also demonstrate other key criteria including consistency of sales performance, ongoing professional development, a strong commitment to customer service and leadership and support to other staff and service to the wider community.

In congratulating the “Schell boys”, Nick George Managing Director of the Ray White group in SA/NT, described them as a “shining example to the real estate industry of successful real estate professionals continually looking at ways to improve their service to their clients”.

“Their achievements are not only well recognised within SA but by the Ray White group nationally and we are extremely proud of their achievements, in particular the way they embrace the values of the Ray White family to conduct their business this way”
