Principal, Daniel Schell, from Ray White Clare Valley, has again been judged as SA’s No 1 Rural Salesperson at the SA Real Estate Industry Awards, now earning this highly acclaimed award for the 3rd year in a row. Dan and his Father Geoff have now won the acclaimed title 6 times between them and both have been inducted into the REISA Hall of Fame.
At a gala evening at the New Convention Centre and before a crowd of over 500 Real Estate industry representatives, Dan was presented with the award, the South Australian Rural Salesperson of the year. In accepting the award, Dan paid tribute to his wife Bec and family for their encouragement and support and also to the wonderful support from all the team in the office who he described as the most committed, hardworking, loyal support staff. He thanked the Ray White team for providing a tremendous support network across SA and Dan also made special mention of his Dad’s influence as they have been working alongside each other for the past 5 years to establish themselves as the Number 1 selling team across South Australia. Finally Dan acknowledged he would not be receiving the award if not for the outstanding clients he has worked with and he made special mention of thanking them for the opportunity to assist them in transacting their properties.
Whilst the awards recognizes outstanding sales success in the previous 12 months , the winner must also demonstrate other key criteria including consistency of sales performance, ongoing professional development, a strong commitment to customer service and leadership and support to other staff and service to the wider community. The judges commented that Dan had excelled in all areas and has continually demonstrated this over the 6 years he has been in Real Estate.
