With the strength of Australasia’s largest real estate brand behind him, new principal Mark O’Meagher and his partner Bree Christie are excited to be taking the reins at Ray White Clare Valley.
Mr O’Meagher, who has worked as a sales agent with the business for the past seven years, is thrilled to be taking this next step into business ownership after purchasing the business from existing owners Daniel and Geoff Schell.
“When we first moved to Clare in 2013 I took a job with the sales team at the Clare Valley office. Since that day I’ve known that Ray White is the brand for me. Year in, year out I’ve seen my profile grow in this town and I don’t think that would have been possible with any other agency,” Mr O’Meagher said.
“The business has consistently been market leader and we look forward to continuing this success.”
Daniel and Geoff Schell said they decided to hand the Clare Valley business over to Mr O’Meagher and Ms Christie so they can focus their attention on growing their Ray White Rural SA business, which has seen incredible growth over the past few years.
Ray White South Australia CEO Matt Lindblom congratulated Mr O’Meagher and Ms Christie on taking over the Clare Valley office.
“We’re very excited about the opportunity that Mark and Bree have taken, becoming principal of Ray White Clare Valley. Mark is a very experienced real estate salesperson, who has a great team around him and is looking forward to taking the already successful Clare Valley business to the next level,” Mr Lindblom said.
“Mark is well on track to achieve Elite sales status this year and his ambitions are well supported by the professional team of salespeople, property managers and administrators at Ray White Clare Valley. Mark is local, has a young family and the full backing of his partner Bree, who also has extensive experience in real estate administration.
“When Geoff and Dan Schell offered them this opportunity, so they could focus more on their Ray White Rural SA business, the timing was right for Mark and Bree who will continue servicing the mid north community with high standards of customer service, marketing, leading technology and creating competition to achieve premium results for all their clients,” Mr Lindblom said.
Over the next 12 months, Mr O’Meagher and the team at Ray White Clare Valley will continue their focus on maintaining market share in the mid north while also growing their residential sales and property management clientele base.
“We’re an honest, down to earth, family business that aims to provide a professional service to each one of our customers. Our team and our great culture definitely make this possible and remain our biggest strength,” Mr O’Meagher said.
