The Outback General Store and Roadhouse
This is a well established and highly profitable business with huge growth potential.It's in a fabulous location, on the main road up from the corner of the famous Birdsville and Oodnadatta tracks.

The General Store also doubles as the local Post Office, Commonwealth Bank Agency and Liquor outlet. The store sells all grocery lines, fruit and veg and has a fabulous eat-in and takeaway food menu. The Marree Drovers Rest Tourist Park is situated on ten acres of outback bush and red earth.It is neat and tidy, friendly, safe and quiet and it's just a short walk from the town centre. It's the ideal place to start your trip up the legendary Birdsville or Oodnadatta Track or both.

The residence is a 3 bedroom railway home with office, open plan lounge/dining/kitchen, front verandah, 3 good size bedrooms, laundry and bathroom. Air conditioned with evaporative air conditioning.

The tourist park has around 30,000 gallons of rainwater plus a dam.

Both the General Store and Tourist Park has Marree mains water, this is bore water established by government and runs the whole town. The township relies on rainwater for drinking and food preparation.
